Meet Our Founder!
Dezzarae Henderson is the CEO and Founder of WineNow! Dezzarae spent the first half of her career as a human resource professional. For over 20 years, she worked for several companies teaching, guiding, and leading their human resources practices before starting her own consulting firm. While working in human resources, her love for wine and having amazing wine experiences grew. During the pandemic, she became a wine ambassador for a premium wine company where she sold wine and provided informational and fun wine experiences for her customers. A new passion was born!
Dezzarae wanted to take this knowledge, and her ability to create unique learning experiences, to her community. Her passion for finding amazing wines and sharing them with others is what led her to open WineNow! The wine industry is growing and changing. She wants to change the perception that premium wines are only for a certain type of people and make it comfortable for all to come and learn and see what excites their palates. She wants to highlight diversity and culture while providing guests with a memorable experience.
